Our Story – A Personal Journey
Fairy Meadows isn't just a destination for me. It's home.
I was born in this beautiful region of Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan, surrounded by some of the most spectacular mountains in the world. Growing up here gave me a connection to nature, the mountains and the people that has stayed with me throughout my life.
Over the years, I've been fortunate enough to travel to more than 30 countries, experience different cultures and discover some incredible places. Today, I divide my time between Europe and Pakistan, but wherever life takes me, a part of my heart always belongs to these mountains.
During my travels, I stayed in all kinds of places, from simple mountain lodges to beautiful hotels. But what I remember most isn't the luxury or the buildings. It's the people, the kindness and the feeling of being genuinely welcomed.
That's what inspired me to create Oasis Huts.
I wanted to build something that reflects where I come from and what I've learned from travelling the world. A place where visitors can experience the natural beauty of Fairy Meadows while enjoying the warmth of our local hospitality.
Our huts are simple, comfortable and designed to blend into their surroundings. I believe you don't need luxury to have an unforgettable experience. Sometimes, all you need is a comfortable bed, a home-cooked meal, fresh mountain air and someone who makes you feel at home.
For me, Oasis Huts is more than a business. It's my way of sharing a little piece of my homeland with the world.
